1. Order Changes & Cancellation

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, orders are processed shortly after being placed.

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
• If a cancellation request is submitted before processing, it may be approved at our discretion.

2. Store Credit (Preferred Solution)

In cases where a cancellation is requested after order confirmation, we offer store credit as the primary solution.

• The full paid amount will be converted into store credit.
• Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
• It can be used on any product in our store without restrictions.

This option allows customers maximum flexibility while ensuring faster resolution.

3. Refund Policy (EU Customers)

For customers located within the European Union:

• You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• To be eligible, the product must be unworn, unwashed, in its exact original condition, and with all original tags and security seals securely attached. Footwear must include the original, undamaged box.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
• Refunds for the product's full purchase price will be issued to the original payment method only after the returned item is received and strictly inspected at our designated facility.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

• Used, worn, or damaged items (not due to our fault)
• Items not returned in original condition
• Requests made after the legal withdrawal period
