Long-Term Warranty
- Genuine leather and fur products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Synthetic leather products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, moisture, chemicals, or abnormal use.
To process a warranty claim, the original purchase receipt and clear photos showing the defect are required.
Exceptions β Non-Returnable or Non-Warranty Products
- Custom-made or personalized products (including special orders or engraved items).
- Opened or used personal care items, including cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and dietary supplements.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
- Discounted items and gift cards.
- Formal dresses and fashion items customized by color or size.

The 24-hour quick exchange service is designed for urgent cases upon receipt of the product, while the long-term warranty covers manufacturing defects only within the specified period.
