Quick Exchange (Within 24 Hours)
To benefit from our exchange service, requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt to ensure it is free from any defects, damage, or incorrect items.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging, along with a purchase receipt or proof of payment to start the exchange process.
Exchanges are completed by submitting a new order for the replacement item and contacting us at: contact@bellezzawow.com, or through the replacement request.
Long-Term Warranty
- Genuine leather and fur products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Synthetic leather products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, moisture, chemicals, or abnormal use.
To process a warranty claim, the original purchase receipt and clear photos showing the defect are required.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable or Non-Warranty Products
- Custom-made or personalized products (including special orders or engraved items).
- Opened or used personal care items, including cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and dietary supplements.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
- Discounted items and gift cards.
- Formal dresses and fashion items customized by color or size.
