* To be eligible, the product must be unworn, unwashed, in its exact original condition, and with all original tags and security seals securely attached. Footwear must include the original, undamaged box.
* Return Shipping: Return shipping costs and any associated customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
* Refunds for the product's full purchase price will be issued to the original payment method only after the returned item is received and strictly inspected at our designated facility.

Please note the following warranty conditions:
- Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only (e.g., faulty zippers, stitching issues, or hardware malfunction).
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, scratches, or natural color fading over time.
- Resolution: Approved warranty claims will be resolved strictly via Product Replacement or equivalent Store Credit. We do not offer cash refunds for warranty claims after the initial 14-day withdrawal period.
- Process: To initiate a claim, you must provide clear photos/videos of the defect. If physical inspection is required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility.
